Returns and Exchanges Policy
Before returning an item
Please contact us by email at sale@azyvo.com before sending any return.
Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. You will receive a full refund within 2–3 days. Orders cannot be canceled if they have already shipped. To cancel, please email us at sale@azyvo.com with your order number or confirmation email.
30-Day Unconditional Return Guarantee (Unopened & Unused Items)
Unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued after our warehouse inspects and confirms the return. Please contact our support email for the return address. All return shipping costs must be prepaid — COD will be refused. For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All products and accessories must be in original packaging. Returns that are used, incomplete, or without proper images/tracking information sent to sale@azyvo.com will be rejected.
Products can be returned within 15 calendar days from receipt for non-quality issues (expired warranties will be refused). Please email sale@azyvo.com with your order number, product status, and the following:
- Your reference number
- Photos of all sides of the product
- Photos of all accessories
- Photos of the original packaging
15-day guarantee requirements:
- Product & accessories in original packaging
- No cracks, dents, scratches, or resale-impacting damage
Once received, allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. Banks may take 7–10 business days to post it to your account. Disputed orders may take 3–6 months to resolve.
1-Month Quality Guarantee
We take responsibility for any quality defects and provide a 1-month warranty for quality issues. Damaged or misused items are not eligible. We offer an exchange or refund after confirmation via sale@azyvo.com (please provide order number and product status).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as posting times vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sale@azyvo.com.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the return is caused by our reasons (e.g., the goods received are damaged or incorrect), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
Exceptions
The Azyvo warranty does not apply to:
- Misuse, accidents, natural disasters
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
- Non-quality related issues
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Special application usage
- Lost, stolen, free, or refunded products
- No valid proof of purchase
