About Ordering

Do I need an account to order?
No! You can also order as a guest, but there are some benefits if you open an account with us:
- Speed up the checkout process
- Easily view your order status and order history
- Receive updates on our new releases and special offers

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is there an exchange rate?
All transactions are in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank will convert using the daily exchange rate on the day they process the payment.

About Order

What if I need to change my order?
We process orders quickly, but will try to accommodate changes. Email us at sale@azyvo.com with “Urgent Change Order” in the subject line.

When does my order arrive?
Delivery is usually 7–12 days to Germany, USA, UK, France, and 10–15 days to other countries. You will get a tracking email once shipped.
